1/2 day up to 4 hours	Full day up to 8 hours

Additional hours over and above the stated, will have to be agreed on.

Prices are for guiding services, however if you require assistance with tour planning or transport arrangements, please ask Ronnie for a quote.

EXTRAS (where appropriate)

Lunch or meal allowance on full day tours. Dinner, bed, breakfast and lunch on tours of more than one day. Travel expenses & travel time to join tour.

CONDITIONS

On a full day lasting more than 8 hours, a supplementary payment for each additional hour. On a half day lasting more than 4 hours, a supplementary payment or, if ending after 13:00, a full day fee.

CANCELLATION FEES

HALF DAY AND FULL DAY TOURS

If less than 7 (seven) days notice of cancellation: 50% of fee: if less than 48 hours notice of cancellation: full fee payable.

TOURS LASTING MORE THAN ONE DAY

28 (twenty eight) days notice or such time as agreed at time of booking between guide and tour operator. Beyond this date, guides reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.

AGENT/CLIENT SHOULD NOTIFY GUIDE IMMEDIATELY OF ANY TOUR ALTERATIONS.
